Welcome to Nombe Brewing!
Nombe Brewing is all about sharing our best beers with our best friends. The word 'Nombe' means 'drunkard' or 'heavy drinker' in Japanese. It can also be used as a word of encouragement when drinking: like the American "Chug! Chug!" It's this type of playful merriment that Nombe brewing embodies. We currently produce in very limited quantities but we are hoping to expand in the near future.
Our Beers:

Light and fragrant! This beer is perfect for drinking while lounging in your adirondack. Or while eating some hot fired meats. This is by far the lightest, easy drinking beer I've made yet. But don't think that means it's short on flavor!
Dark red color and full bodied taste. This beer is only for IPA enthusiasts. Absolution Ale features deep hoppy bitterness offset by mild sweetness. This beer features a combination of continuously hopped Summit and Chinook hops (famous for their high alpha acid content). This is quite a punchy beer. Be careful or it might knock you on your feet!
Super dark, like the center of the galaxy, but not overly bitter. In the background the beer provides toasty notes similar to espresso. Well rounded and easy to drink. Late stage Cascade hops bring a nice floral finish to the beer. This is a great winter ale that will warm your heart and your belly.
This one's a real crowd pleaser! Light and easy to drink, almost too easy! Featuring a generous helping of Cascade hops, this beer has a bright and relaxing flavor. Goes well with most any kind of food but pairs perfectly with Japanese kushiyaki!
